Alpha Consultants provides individual counselling for job seekers. You can contact us if currently you are not working or if you know your company plans to reduce the number of employees or you are not happy with your current salary or remuneration package. We can offer you counselling on how to look for a job and mediate when planning meetings with potential employers irrespective of your experience and qualification. 
Counselling for job seekers is beneficial because:

We will prepare you for an interview with potential employers.
We will provide personal counselling on how to prepare for a job interview, what questions shouldn’t be answered and how to provide information about oneself.
We will provide testing materials and you will learn about your major strengths and weaknesses.
We will create your presentation profile (CV, cover letter, test material, documents proving your qualification and education).
We will mediate when communicating with potential employers and providing them information about your work experience and qualifications.
We will organize a meeting with a potential employer.
We will provide counselling on the current market situation (the opportunities to work in specific positions and wages there).
