In 2009 10 16 Alpha Consultants together with LCC International University organized a seminar on „How to write a good CV or how to get an interview?“ The goal of the seminar was to remind students one more time about the importance of a good CV. Together with students we looked at the employers‘ expectations, CV do‘s and dont‘s.

Lina Poviliūnė gave a lecture “Corporate Social Responsibility: Everything Starts with a Happy Employee” in a conference The Value of Effective Management in the Construction Business on corporate social responsibility.
You probably hear much about corporate social responsibility (CSR). But what really is it? Does it bring any value for the organization or is it just another PR program? In the presentation Lina Poviliūnė shortly reviewed the activities done by JSC “Plungės Jonis”,a socially responsible company in Lithuania, how it was beneficial for the company and also looked at the research done on the issue of CSR.

In Riga on May 2007 JSC “Plungės Jonis” won the award for socially responsible business in an international conference “Business: Profit and Responsibility”.
JSC “Plungės Jonis” and “Alpha Consultants” work together since 2006 in the area of HR consulting. Their priorities are corporate social responsibility and employee training.
