LithuanianThe database of Alpha Consultants consists of CV’s of specialists and executives in many fields. The person is included into the database after he sends a CV and his/her recommendations are reviewed. Often we are contacted by candidates considering a job change, but who do not want to communicate directly with the potential employer or who are planning a career change.
Differences in the database of Alpha Consultants’ and other companies:
1. We meet the candidate, review recommendations and do tests before including him/her in our database.
2. We create continuing communication with our candidates; follow changes in their career so we are aware of their qualifications and needs.
